In view of the threat of air pollution, all schools, colleges, and educational institutions in Delhi-NCR were asked to close until further notice. Late Tuesday night, the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM), directed that all schools, colleges, and educational institutions in Delhi-NCR be closed until further orders are issued. This will allow only online education.
All trucks except those transporting essential supplies will be prohibited from entering Delhi until November 21. The Commission advised Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan governments, as well as private companies, to allow at most 50% of their staff to work remotely until November 21.
All NCR public and private schools, colleges, and educational institutions will remain closed until further orders allow only online education. After an emergency meeting, the Supreme Court issued the instructions late Tuesday night.
