The new Celerio has been launched by Maruti Suzuki in India. It starts at Rs 4.99 lakh (except showroom). There are four options for the popular budget hatchback: LXI (VXI), ZXI (ZXI+), ZXI+ (ZXI+), and ZXI+ (ZXI+). The vehicle now comes in two new colours – Solid Fire Red, Speedy Blue, and Silky Silver.
Maruti Suzuki claims it has adopted a 3D organic sculpted exterior design that includes animated front headlamps and droplet-styled tail lights.
What is the best thing about it?
Maruti Suzuki Celerio promises to have more cabin space, more shoulder room and more luggage space. The increased wheelbase provides ample space for all occupants.
2021 Maruti Suzuki Celerio interior and features
The interior has been completely redesigned for the new Celerio. The Celerio’s new touchscreen, 7 inches in size, features Maruti’s SmartPlay Studio system. This is a first for the Celerio. Vertical AC vents flank the touchscreen on both sides. The cabin is all black, with faux aluminum accents at the steering wheel, AC vents, and centre console.
The best variant to buy
You should consider the ZXI+ top-spec variant. This variant offers a unique set of features such as a driver seat height adjuster, alloy wheels, and Smartplay studio system with smartphone navigation and voice command, electrically-foldable ORVM, steering-mounted voice control, and more.
